Take small portions of the dolls hair, wrap each hair around the end of a rat tail comb or a finger, then clip the curl to remove the comb or finger. You should then spray the curls with a bit of hair spray and let it sit overnight. Remember to cover the dolls face whenever spraying with hair spray. After the doll has sat overnight gently remove the clips and open up the curls with your fingertips.
